INK TYPE
Solvent-based ink for flexographic or rotogravure printing.
Intended for the packaging market where FRONT printing, excellent adhesion properties, flexibility and physical resistance (cold, humidity, temperature) are required. Frozen: Check the shades and special resistance to which the inks can be subjected, especially humidity, with the ink supplier.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
Developed for front printing, where required:
- Excellent color intensity and good brightness.
- Very good film formation with resistance to rubbing, wet rubbing, dry rubbing and adhesion on properly treated substrates.
- Temperature resistance approx. 200°C.
- High printing speed with great performance.
- Excellent transfer in four-color work.
- Free of heavy metals.
APPLICATIONS
Applicable to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates: AD and BD polyethylene, uncoated treated polypropylenes, aluminum foil, metallized films, nylon films, polypropylene raffia, paper of different weights, cardboard.
